Guiding life to navigate against temptations, suffering, difficulties, stress. Unlike many philosophies which are theoretical in nature, stoicism is practical and used in politics, business, war, art.

Three Disciplines:
Perception | Action | Will |
How you see things | What actions you take in the world | How you endure and bear difficulties and suffering of life |
